The Linden House offers wedding and event tabletop rentals, styling, design, and coordination. We focus on the aesthetics of the event and making it a moment to look back on and remember. Listening to our clients, we pull out the unique details to emphasize personal and meaningful touches.
Full of subtle touches with big impact, we offer an amazing rental inventory selection. Choose either our A La Carte or Rentals Packages options for your event. If you’re unsure of where to start, our team will be more than happy to suggest pieces for your event. We can even create custom-made packages to meet your needs. And don't worry about the details, we provide pre-event preparation, delivery, and strategic take down.
TABLETOP RENTALS
We love creative stunning and uniquely customized events. At The Linden House, we combine our seasoned expertise in product sourcing and our artisan networks to design one-of-a-kind events. We'll work with you to create a cohesive design for your wedding that reflects you and your personality. Not limited to our inventory on hand, we are constantly sourcing new and exciting pieces for our clients.
DESIGN
Let us take your design from paper to in person with our Event Styling. Not only can we create a gorgeous design leading up to your event, but we get hands on and create the magic in placing and arrnanging items per our design. Great for a planner who needs extra hands day-of or clients who want everything prepared and stunning when they first see their event space.

Let us pick from our large inventory (even our secret stash) and source pieces from just for your event. We’ll scrutinze all the details such as glass quality, flatware weight and balance, and texture compliments, grouping rentals together to meet your design needs.

Focused Event Styling & Design
Estimated 20 Hours
- Routine email and phone contact.
- Schedule design calls (phone/video) totaling up to 10 hours, with hourly design services available after plan allotment.
- Day-of set up and take down of The Linden House rentals only, including extensive attention to finishing details.

Versatile Event Styling & Design
Estimated 60 Hours
- Unlimited email and routine phone contact.
- Scheduled design calls, with frequency at 10-months, 7-months,
4-months, 2-months, and 1-month out from your event.
- Element prep and management leading up to the event.
- Venue design board including inspiration guides.
- One site visit (travel fees may apply).
- Day-of set up and take down of The Linden House rentals and limited options for other vendor/event decor (to be further defined), including extensive attention to finishing details.

Comprehensive Event Styling & Design
Estimated 100 Hours
- Unlimited email and routine phone contact.
- Scheduled design meetings (in-person when possible), with frequency increasing as your event nears.
- Element prep and management leading up to the event.
- Comprehensive design boards including color pallets, inspiration guides, and texture swatches (where applicable).
- Coordination with other vendors as needed to coordinate design and overall aesthetic.
- Up to four site visits (travel fees may apply).
- Day-of set up and take down of The Linden House rentals and customized service with additional vendor/event decor (to be further defined), including extensive attention to finishing details.

Through our experience sourcing and managing rental inventory, we've learned what goes into creating a unique event. Our starting point prices are built upon our knowledge for our designs and services. We customize each experience for our clients.
Design services can also be bundled with rentals - making the best possible combination for you and your event. We’ll also remove duplicate services so don’t worry about paying for the same thing more than once.

Case study
For JJ & Jessica's mountain top event, we transformed a typical wooden charger into a stunning central piece of their design. We started by discussing their vision for the reception venue and determining the best approach to creating their one-of-a-kind pieces. With our custom woodshop partner on board, we set about to color-matching wood stains to the venue's tones as well as from the client's inspiration photos. The Linden House hand sanded, hand stained, and hand sanded again over 120 wooden chargers for JJ and Jessica, personally selecting the best ones to be the standouts at their mountain resort reception.
